  • Thankyou

So I finally got my first batch of coffeesnobs greens. I did pretty well too, with 12.5 kilos showing up all at once. I just finished my first roasts, some Sumatran, done 40ish seconds past 2nd and some Yirg done right to 2nd (thanks Avi for those from another thread that I used as a starting point), and I thought Id take a second to thank all the people whose hard work has made this possible.

    So, um, thank-you ;D

Now to get blending. I already have some Colombian roasted which will do as a base until I can roast up some Cerrado on the weekend. I cant wait.

      Re: Thankyou

Try those sumatran beans as soon as you can after you have roasted them ie about 2 hours. IMHO they are fantastic after that the flavour drops off.

          Hey Mark!

I want you to make a note of how much coffee you actually have in the house now!!!!!

In less than two months I want you to tell me if the little beggars have multiplied and invited in their relatives and friends.

We started off with 3.0k and now were over 80.......

Trust me they breed like mice ;D

But they taste great too ;D
