    Keep up the great work...

    Educmacation all the way

Edumacation is the process by which one becomes edumacated, the achievement of which is generally marked by a gradumacation ceremony. Edumacated people know a lot of things, though the process of how they came to know them mostly remains a mystery to onlookers ;D

    Thanks Greg.
I actually was contacted by the local barista champion to taste his coffees before competition and also to teach him "pour over" as he wants to sell them in his Cafe. His Cafe was cafe of the year last year so a cool place to running a course in our lowly city
    Ill keep you posted.

    NZ Coffee Clinic

Well its time to run another coffee course. Hopefully without upsetting the local coffee gurus.
Any Auckland snobs are more than welcome to head up to Whangarei to join us and give a hand.
Saturday 17th July @ Nectar Cafe, 88 Bank St, Whangarei.
    2.30-4.40pm
    Session 1) Manual Brewing methods
    Session 2) Home Espresso making

Got local snobs helping (Tuesdays coffee group) out and getting t-shirts printed to look the part.
Plenty of coffee courtesy of Espresso Workshop Auckland and Local snob roasters of course

Should be a great arvo, heaps of fun and heaps of caffeine.

Ill post pictures and hopefully no angry letters to the editor this time (cant gaurantee that )

    Chris
