Anyway, I currently own an EM5600, my previous machine was a Gaggia Carezza. On both machines, while steaming the milk (after pulling the shot), a "dribble" of coffee comes through the basket.
Is this normal-ish or simply the consequence of owning low-end machines?
In regards to achieving the "best shot" possible, should the "dribble" be discarded or included?
