1/2 day of commercial roaster training and a cupping session for the winner and a friend. This is your opportunity to spend an afternoon roasting on our 5kg Has Garanti. Complete 4 drops using the same bean roasted in different ways and each participant takes home a kg of each roast to try at home. Course includes reference notes.
