First off, I admit this post is to obtain information, Andy ( or any admins), if inappropriate, my appologies and fell free to delete of course.
I am a Barista Trainer and I would like any feedback on what customers/cafe owners etc would ideally like from an independant trainer. What would benefit your business best, or what areas you feel are not trained effectively.
Maybe experiences good or bad you have had, any form of ideas.
