NSW is outside the "Coffee belt" which is in between the Tropic of Capricorn and the Tropic of Cancer. It is hard to grow coffee outside of this area.
Tell that to the owners of Mountain Top Estate, arguably the very best and most sought after Australian coffee.  Grown in NSW.

Ill have to give them a try

It was mentioned about good plantations. I know it is possible to grow good coffee outside of this area.

You might want to try Green Cauldron Coffee in Federal NSW... not too far from Byron Bay. With 50,000 coffee trees, state of the art processing and industry leading environmental practices I am sure you find plenty to see. Oh... and they make a decent cup of coffee too

Yes there are but I dont know about the phrase "...good coffee plantations..."

That is, there are plenty of small holding coffee plantations in northern NSW but whether or not anyone thinks they are "good" or not is up to the individual and depends on what anyone expects in a "good coffee plantation".

    Not trying to be difficult.

Decide what area you will be in or close to, and do an internet search of something like "coffee plantations in..........." or maybe "coffee plantation tours in......" .

    Hope that helps.

    Attilio
