I was wondering whether there would be any noticeable drawbacks of storing these beans within the 500g bags?
Nope! Just squeeze all the air out of the bags before sealing them.

    Storing 300g in a 500g one-way valved bag?

    Hi guys,
Im just about to take the dive into homeroasting with my new Behmor and Peru Ceja de Selva Estate beans.

I have many 500g one-way valved, resealable bags which I have retained from the many bags of coffee which I have continuously purchased,
and with the Behmor, I am thinking of roasting in 350g batches which would yield ~300g of brown.
I was wondering whether there would be any noticeable drawbacks of storing these beans within the 500g bags?

    Cheers,

    Jayson
