The great coffee was not only depend on how the coffee in the field, the right place and suitable on altitude, postharvest handling and storage in warehouse until delivery to the buyer. creating a best quality coffee isnt an easy job. all processes from the field up to the buyer must go through strict control. but I am more interested in sharing information that not fair of the price is one of the actors who influence the lack of control of the coffee quality through not proper of harvesting and perfunctory postharvest process. these circumstances have devastating effect not only on the outstanding flavor of coffee but also the economic life of farmers not going better.
