    hi there i ve been leaving in sydney for the last 2 years and been working with coffe for all my life from italy to england.unfortunatly i ve to leave this amazing country in few month and i was wondering if anyone could give me a hand or tell me where i could learn the art of roasting i know it want be enough 2 months but at least it will be a start i dont mind work for free for couple a days a week or pay for it, this is my last wish before to leave this country i ve learn more here in 2 years than in any other country i ve been , i believe that what people like you guys create it here with that passion and love for this amazing drink is the best that i ever seen, if anyone will be so generouse to help me i will very much appreciate it....

    Gday Scooby,

    From your post it looks like you are interested in learning about commercial roasting. Many of us here are into home roasting on small roasters for our own use.

    There are plenty of commercial roasters around Sydney, however not all would be interested in teaching.
