Hi.
I hope this shouldnt be posted somewhere else as Im still fairly new to this forum. If so please forgive me.
Im looking to formally do my Barista qualifications. I worked in hospitality roles for a decade and most of those years were spent behind the coffee machine at various places but I never actually got my ticket. This was mostly because I hated working in hospitality and I didnt want to do a course which reminded me how badly I was stuck in the industry. Now that Im not in hospitality anymore and cooking and coffee making are fun again as opposed to eyeball-gougingly painful I think it might be a good time to actually get qualified just for the sake of it.
So. Where in Melbourne can I go to do my course?
I have some friends who want to do it too so Id prefer it was a more fun oriented course rather than industry based, preferably as inexpensive as possible and available on weekends.
Has anyone got any recommendations?
Looking for a generally positive and rewarding experience.
Many thanks
