Now that Im getting in to home-roasting, my girlfriend (who loves working with chocolate but isnt the biggest coffee fan) wants to play with chocolate-coating some coffee beans. Has anyone played with this kind of thing before? Im guessing that a light roast would be the go, and weve got plenty of dark couverture chocolate to work with, but Im not really sure whats involved from there, or if there are any tricks that wed need to know.
