  • Cappuccino jellies

    Has anyone tried making "Cappuccino jellies"? Found a recipe online recently which got me thinking.....

    Im wondering how espresso jelly would turn out....
    2 cups (500ml) hot strong espresso coffee
    1/2 cup (110g) sugar
    3 tsp gelatine powder

    Probably pretty nasty

    Rowan, I dont think it will be nasty, but do the right thing, reduce the quantities by 2/3rd and give it a bash. Take plenty of photos and report back!
