Hi. With the colder weather coming on, more warm drinks (read coffee) are required.
However, for those of us who are "people with an alternative body image" or "METABOLIC UNDERACHIEVERS", the problem is full cream milk. Too much past the lips and it ends up on the hips. :-[
So I have tried a couple of shots with skim milk. I have found that the type of milk used makes no real difference to the flavour of the end product. The coffee taste still shines through. So I think I will stick with it and hopefully keep the kilos off during the cold winter months.
Does anyone else have an opinion?
