          Hi again,

One of CoffeeSnobs Site regular contributors is a certified trainer in all matters coffee. Several members of CoffeeSnobs can attest to the quality of the courses that Chris manages and feedback from some of them can be found here... http://tinyurl.com/ctuen

Definitely worth touching base with Chris who may be able to make recommendations for similar establishments in Sydney.

          Cheers,
          Mal.

Finally managed to download the page. As with my suggestion re Sydney based trainers, perhaps Chris would be the best person to ask about this type of thing, or one of our official site sponsors. There really isnt a lot of info to go on, on their webpage so it would definitely be worth your while to talk to a professional,

            Cheers,
            Mal.
