  • How is coffee scored?

I was just after some advice from the experienced CSs out there on how coffee is judged or scored. I know that there are the main elements of aroma, body, acidity etc... But how exactly are the coffees judged? Is there a standard sheet that is ticked and crossed??? Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

An overview of the terminology and process involved is covered in the links below, Ive heard that the SCAAs handbook by Ted Lingle, The Basics of Coffee Cupping is the shiznit.
