I was just after some advice from the experienced CSs out there on how coffee is judged or scored. I know that there are the main elements of aroma, body, acidity etc... But how exactly are the coffees judged? Is there a standard sheet that is ticked and crossed??? Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
