Id have to say though, that in 99% of such situations, the problem probably comes down to a communications issue more than anything else, leading to the inevitable misunderstandings that flow on from that. Our site sponsors are a pretty good bunch of people and it is surprising to hear that you have had less than an ideal outcome in your particular situation. I also live "out in the bush" and a long way from face to face opportunities to deal direct with our sponsors but at no time have I received anything less than the most courteous and helpful assistance at any time so as I said before, misunderstandings do occur even in the best of circumstances.

, though I was getting concerned after reading several innocuous comments in as many posts. We have a lot of country (bush) members in our midst and we welcome the opportunity to both share and receive advice from all our members regardless of anything but the shared passion that is our love of coffee.

All the best barri and happy brewing ;D
Mal.

My problem is I only buy roasted beans when I have been lazy so dont get a chance to test out some of the sponsor beans as I normally need them there and than so drive to my closest fresh outlet. Unfortunately I am in the wrong part of Sydney to make it to Di Bartoli at Bondi. But one day I will.
