It was done using a very high speed video camera. Ive seen more of these that Sunbeam have done (not on Youtube) and the camera work is stunning... wouldnt want to be in the same room with all the high power lighting - very hot!!
That looks like the raw footage that makes up part of their new TV ad. They played it here last week some time. When I saw it my first thought was "Sunbeam now include a naked PF?"
I saw this ad while gf was watching her crap TV (Aus. Idol) and I was unboxing my new convection benchtop oven to be used as a roaster.
As ads go I was really impressed, it looked so lovely. I couldnt find it on the site, but found some other interesting stuff.
Missed out on this free grinder promotion, if I was in the market for an EM6910 this would have been good

Yes it looks great but how long was the pour?
The counter on the video shows:
01:22:16:00
to
01:24:12:19
the last digits are 0-20
the next from the right is 0-60
Hours, minutes, seconds and 1/20ths?
Or is it just a frame number?
Yeah, it looks like time code alright. Id be surprised if that was TC out of the camera though as there is no way that pour took 2 minutes to finish. Im no cinematographer, but that looks like 2-2.5x over crank to me which at my best guess means an extraction time more around the 30-35 second mark.
It fits the segment length though so is probably a TC display from the post/edit system. I could be wrong though!
