    "The coffee harvest at Eden produced about 2kg of cherries. This should create approximately 300g of dried coffee beans to make around 50 cups of Cornish coffee."

    Thats 6gms of grind per cup ... Id say Cornish coffees going to be a tad on the weak side :P

          Spot on Tepin ... I, absently like-minded, forgot roasting wastage - chaf/husk waste accounts for 10%-20%, so minimise ultimate gm per cup to maybe 5gms.

          The trad Cornish pastie seems more inviting ...
