    Not sure how many Kj in coffee, but I reckon its pretty low.

    I daresay it would vary according to bean and probably by roast level as well.

    If the coffee is made with milk then you can at least figure out that component from the label.

    A google search on kilojoules in coffee returned a few hits. One that gives a table of figures (based on milk in the coffee):

    Mind you, the article also states that a flat white is a better alternative to a latte as it uses less milk. I suppose is depends on definitions.

    And an article found on a sponsors site mentions Coffee in itself has almost no kilojoules.

      Id agree with fatboy - the only countable kJ would be from any added milk and/or sugar.

        No kilojoules in coffee itself, or at least so negligible that they arent counted. Just the milk and sugar.

          I found what i wanted and its all noted down (i had full cream milk i think)
          Its close to 1000 Kilojoules!
