Hi all. A post in another thread got me thinking. If you know from your experience, or friends/clients who have coffee shops (not restaurants just straight cafes with at most a very basic short order snack menu) what is a typical weeks coffee consumption in Kg per week or shots sold per week - both in house and take aways. Position of store would be good info too - not specifics if you dont want to to reveal the shop but say for example "Inner Melbourne mall shopping area" and approx size of shop (seating capacity for example).
