And just so there is no confusion...

That would be the Sutherland Shire...not The Shire from LOTR...;D

Its kind of embarrassing when you tell people youre from "the Shire" and they ask if you have hairy feet... :

Just tell em that youre a genetic throwback, a giant with abnormally small and non-hairy feet.... ;D

                    Dennis;

We would have loved to bring the DiBartoli tribe along to the "shire" and make coffees for you all day! (if invited... ). Unortunately, Hazels Advanced Espresso Workshop is on the 30th, a long & challenging session, wich a massive cleaning being part of the ritual the day after....

All the good things happen together! We may drop by mid day to cheer and zip the new Shire blend...

                    Good luck!

                        The Shire Coffee Festival

Hey, can a similar event be held in our Shire? Is there such a thing outside of Shire down south? We believe our Shire is the most beautiful Shire on the planet, and a coffee festival here would be very welcomed.

                        Dennis, whaaaaadddddddddooooooooyooooooo think?

                        Xandro.

                          Hornsby The Shire Coffee Festival?????

                          And no pass-port is required.

                          We welcome everyone.

And being North, the weather is better - sun is out all the time.

                          ;-)

Sounds like a great idea Xandro. Why not speak to your local council to see if they will organise and promote it?

                              Hi Mate

It would be great to have a good coffee at Hazlehurst because there coffee is so underextracted.
Looking foward to trying your blends.
