Re: How large is an ideal latte?

I find a single shot in a 200ml about right (ofcourse, that is from the SB6910 which uses about 12 - 14g for a single) and a double (21ish grams) for a 300ml drink about right.

Whether they are lattes or not is a matter of opinion, and probably depends on how frothy the milk was at the time of pouring

My favourite coffee drink is a latte and I use a 200ml duralex glass.

I make em with single shots, but have tried doubles few times and tend to get the shakes from the caffeine hit ;D

Drink more of them and the shakes go away.   8-) I tend to a double in a 250 - 290 ml

Sleep is overrated. Just dont drink a double after 6pm and you should be right. 8-)

Sleep is for the weak, drink more coffee.

Around 160ml, maybe just a bit more with a double shot--calms the shakes right on down.

Theyd have to prop my dead corpse up in the coffin and pry my mouth open to get me to drink what she ordered, but its funny nonetheless. Funny little video at the end too (what you can understand of it), but some language concerns for the little ones, so be warned

Funny how I cant sleep if I take coffee after 5pm and I go to bed at 11pm but in the morning (weekdays only) I have my coffee at 9am and feel sleepy by 10:30 (am). Doesnt happen on weekends though. I have a faint suspicion being at work may have something to do with countering the effects of caffeine on me ;D

To answer the question, mine sits in between 200 and 250ml, about 210ml. BUt I have a shot and a half with it. Why half? Because one spout goes into a measuring glass and I try it straight to see if its bitter, sour etc.. but I wont finish it so I pour the remainder in with the other shot into a glass.

Really depends on what I feel like, varying from a 125ml piccolo to a 500ml double double megalatte breakfast cup - saves making 2 cups!

                  cheers
