Set the corretto up the weather looked OK. Started roasting then the wind built up then just to add a further degree of difficulty a Tropical Shower/Squall >
- The Panama Boquete felt nicely at home 8-). The wife and I under umbrellas keeping the rain off the electrical items & the beans as we were only a third way into the roast. The rain kept coming and did not ease off until after we pulled the roast.
I could hear the murmurs from the nearby neighbours. If they didnt think we were a bit strange by now then their mind has been made up for sure now. But then again they are not CoffeeSnobs
The roast turned out nice at about CS 10 - First Crack at 15 minutes - Stopped on just Second Crack at 21 minutes. 8-) Now I have to wait a couple of days to try the taste. Then we will see who is mad [smiley=evil.gif]
