I have recently returned from a trip to Laos and Vietnam. I cant wait to try some of the beans I bought home - especially those from the Bolaven Plateau in Laos!!
In Vietnam, I purchased (out of interest) a few different types of beans that had been roasted in what I am sure is butter. Can any one explain the reasoning behind why you roast with butter?
And is it ok for me to grind these beans in my EM0480?
