    Yes, very interesting segment. Freshly-baked and eaten bread is one thing..... But I cant see you this coffee, straight from the saucepan, can be at its optimum. :-/

    You have to remember she is doing it the traditional way.
    The only real difference I saw there to what still goes in in Ethiopian villages is the blade grinder instead of a mortar and pestle.

    Coffee making on SBS Food Safari

    Hi,

    There was a short segment on Food Safari tonight where they quickly roasted, ground and made coffee in the traditional manner. Usually they make all the segments available on SBS site but this one isnt there. Might be of some interest so I put it on Youtube if anybody likes to watch it.
