I normally keep it to 10% or less, with the Monsoon version I can go up to about 20% before the Rubbery flavour starting to become apparent.
I treat Robusta like a spice to a nice dish, as a small percentage its really nice as it adds to that extra dimension in the flavour. On its own as a single origin I havent found a good one yet... But I know they are out there somewhere!
