is there an ideal time to use ( 5 days - 10 days) or is it just trial and error?
    Trial and error really.
Each bean / blend is different and taste is subjective.

Just like Intellidepth I have a some regulars that I prefer at certain ages.
You have to try for yourself and see what you prefer.

Start at 3 days and see what your opinion is. My regular favourite blend, in my opinion, is best consumed between days 3 and 10 after roasting.

    Freshly roasted bean question

Im using coffee at the moment that is batch roasted and each time i get a bag it is a little different - one of the aspects that i like about it.

I have a general question about using very freshly roasted beans - is there an ideal time to use ( 5 days - 10 days) or is it just trial and error?
