Bar 9?

Noticed in recent days a shop frontage on Glen Osmond Road (Adelaide) for " Bar 9 Espresso and Brewed Coffee Bar" due to open soon. Can any SA CSers shed any light on this potentially very exciting new business? Very limted info available online, keen to know if anyone knows anything more? Roasting on site etc?

Thatd be Ian Callahans new joint. Pretty sure itd be my first stop if I ever get to S.A. You could check out his blog for more info, barnine.blogspot from memory, or something like that.

Why not just drop in and have a chat to Ian (I did!) - Im sure he would be only too happy to share his coffee passion with you and maybe pull a few shots as well...

I too am in the process of building a new cafe at present and I think its great when folks walk in off the street for a chat - makes you feel like a local!
