I spend a lot of time with the local roaster in Ballina from Nirvana coffee and Lattetude and he has been sitting on a bag of a "very special" Kenyan from a single farm that he loves soo much its now 3 years old.
He tells me that it will still be just as good in another 3 years if kept correctly and should only loose maybe 2% of overall taste from its original state.
Seeing as though he has been roasting for over 30 years ill take his word for it

and, contrary to any rumours, I dont kiss each bag goodnight ;D
