Barista training in Brisbane - for me and my Rancillio Silvia

Hello all,

Well a little time ago I decided I was going to invest in my dream coffee machine .... the Silvia, I also purchased an economical Sunbeam grinder option. My problem however is I have never been able to master it, I have tried it all, read the tips on these forums, watched videos online and now I have come to the conclusion I need some practical hands on advice / training with my machine/grinder.

So my question ....... does anyone know of a barista training venue in Brisbane, that I can take my equipment to?

I have a friend that thought Di Bella may offer this kind of service, any views?

If you havent been down to Di Bella, go for it, they are amazing down there, customer service second to none, a great example of a typical Coffeesnobs sponsor , you can take your own machine in, and they will train you on it......for free! they offer us amazing prices down there too!
