Dairy Farmers has a "Lite White" product that caters for all crowds and its not skim milk, rather its the low fat product.
Id suggest just buying it as opposed to having several different types as your full cream drinkers wont tell the difference and your skim milk drinkers will be just as happy when you tell them you have that milk on offer.
But otherwise, just take some skim and when you run out, well, you run out.
Having said that, when weve done "coffee cart" or away functions, I usually slip in a few containers of skim as you always get asked for it.
Ultimately though, what will determine what you take is cost and profit. Low fat and skim milk are more expensive than normal milk and if youre charging the same price for those drinks, then youre going to see that affect your margins. Something for you to think about...

), Decaff sales under 1%, result is not worth the effort I suppose but the people that brought them were happy being able to get one. Might be I get some more green and use my own 250g roasts of Decaf ?
