Hi, new to the forums but they look fantastic.
My usual coffee is about ~300ml coffee/water and a little bit of milk. (300ml being the size of one of my mugs.)
Would that be called a long white, as opposed to a flat white which is pretty much an espresso shot and the rest steamed milk.
Im still experimenting with my aeropress in making a good "long white". Usually I make just make a double espresso shot (~60ml) then add hot water and milk to complete. Occasionally Ill try running all the water through the grounds as a variation. Thoughts on the best technique?
