Another great cupping, Thanks Jono and Trevor for the coffees, I really enjoyed all of them!

Really liked the x-mas blend Jono, I say roast it all up and blend it all!

Was nice also to share my blend with others. Only myself, my father in-law and a co-worker have had it so far. Its taken a few goes to balance it out, I think its great for milk-coffee lovers.

Jono, if I bring you some Mexican greens would you like to roast up a sample? I cant roast batches small enough at home

Great cupping session Jono, really enjoyed it. I will be back as I can see this is going to take some practise.

Enjoyed the blends at the end, both were great 8-), they are helping me survive the afternoon.

See you at the next session

Final cupping session for 2011 is locked in for Wednesday (21st) at 1pm! I wont say what coffees I have lined up (because I dont know myself yet) but you can be sure to expect some fine CoEs and the usual CSers banter. There may be one or two new faces as well which is always something to look forward to; however, we may need to expand into the warehouse if our little group gets much bigger

            See you there

I wont be able to attend this week...a real shame for me as it will obviously be some weeks before the next one. Thanks to Jono for organising these and to all the crew for making it so welcoming for newbies like me to join in. All the best for today and the festive season and Ill see you next year.

WHOA! Its without a doubt a great opportunity, in light of the above cancellations, to boast dramatically about how incredible the cupping was today. WOW! *smirk* I think we had eight samples on offer, african and central american, including a LOT 1 CoE!

Thanks again team for the session and samples!

                                Hey James, happy new year!

Sorry the cafe and upstairs has been undergoing renovations this week so havent had time or a location for cupping. Will see how things pan out next week. But it will be worth the wait because well have an all new cupping area decked out upstairs when were finished. Ill post the time and date of the next session soon
