but im only ere till sunday and gotta fly back to jakarta again.
dropped by Antz in ya Pantz in vic park the other day lovely flat white! would recommend the place for sure. cool decor with plenty of coffee bags on display and other funky coffee machines. their elektra machine n grinders are cool too.
on another matter, today i went to fiori coffee roasters in osborne park today and seems like kam and louise have sold their business but yea the place still running well and some of the staff are still there. and still producing lovely coffee from their probat roaster. too bad they dont serve the coffee. but you can buy the beans, some tea and other things for cheaper than at the shops / supermarket.
Now we need a place and date. A Sunday lunch it is but what Sunday?
Shall we make it for the first Sunday of each month as a regular feature? Also would like to know if its better going each month or bi monthly.
I would like to make sure it fits in everyones lifestyle.
Now that Spring is upon us, we can take in the opportunity to take in the convival atmosphere of sun, food, coffee and tea as well as conversation about coffee, advice and tips as well as rambling on about life in general ;D
I must say i enjoyed The Roastery at our inaugural meeting and wouldnt mind going there again.

what about the 25th??????
rarin to go
gman
Would be great to catch up with the great bunch at The Roastery, also known as Essence of Coffee which is a bit confusing.
So lets make it on the 25th Sunday September at noon for lunch, coffee or just a snack, whatever you like.
Theyre on the corner of Holmes St and Ranford Rd in Canning Vale. Look for the building called "The Roastery" next to Baskin and Robbins.
Parking at the back!
If approaching from the south, turn right at Holmes St and turn into Dan Murphys n find your way round.
If approaching from the north straight after traffic lights, turn into the carpark on your left.
The place is coffee specialist heaven.
Marzocco La Strada with couple of Mazzers with single origins and blends.
12kg and 3kg roasters right next to the tables where u sit.
Pourovers and cold drip available for those who like manual brews.
Andy the gun barista is there on Sundays when hes not at Cafe 54. Hell be happy to see us again.
How to find us? Just look for the ugly tall asian guy and the shorter weather beaten hobbit.
Otherwise shout out Gary! Gary! Trevor! Trevor!
