Monsoon Malabar, slow roast pulled at first snap of 2nd crack. Drink from about day 6 onwards... Outstanding as a piccolo latte :P

Agree with all of the above re the Peru Ceja

We have bought just over 50 kgs of it in the past 12 months and everyone loves it either with milk or without.

Lets not forget the beautiful Peru Ceja De Selva Estate, beautifully powerful to cut through milk with amazing choc/caramel notes that hang around till you cant resist making another, roasts very evenly, I take it to sc and cool quickly, great from day 5 through 10
I was going to suggest the same bean!

Ive been having it as both espresso and French press of late...yum alright!

    Peru Ceja De Selva Estate
Agreed WSully, have been enjoying this the last week along with others and also makes a great base for a blend.

personally, I quite like the ethiopian gambella and decaf wow in milk. as always, depends on the flavour profile you like.

That would depend on what kinds of coffee you like, but i think the PNG Waghi AA is a good one for milk based and it is one of the easier ones to get a consistent roast out of.
