  • Coffee Parts

My Faema has been out of action and I ordered some parts on Sunday Night from Coffee Parts (on of the site sponsors). Monday Morning I got an email confirming that the package had been sent and a tracking number. Wednesday the parts arrived - great service and I got everything I needed.

    Very impressed with their work.

Ill post up the Faema resurrection pictures as I work on it tonight.

Im not just saying that, I cannot believe the service with these people- I often have stuff the next day - to Tasmania. : And price! I get foil bags cheaper than wholesalers!

Yep gotta second (or is that third?) this comment. Ive only needed to buy from them once for myself, but a number of my customers have purchased baskets from CP to have them post them to me. Every experience has been a quick one.

        Good work Pedro et al!

I was only thinking yesterday I need to make a trip to Coffee Parts to pick up a new jug and the bags I forgot on my first visit.

To follow up - I repaired my Faema tonight using all the parts I got for it. SHEs ALIVE!

                Muahahahahahaha

Yes, it lives again - the whole story I covered here: http://cafe-grendel.blogspot.com/200...urrection.html

and yes, thanks coffee parts for swiftness and having the parts for a 20-year-old-no-longer-manufactured machine at all!

If you get a chance, drop in and meet Pedro- cool young guy. He chatted body building talk with my son- both early twenties, no front whatsover. I like someone who tells me to mend my boiler with sikaflex!

Ill add another vote of praise to Pedro and the gang. The Carimali owes them its current state of function, including a fully working programmable volumetric group, thanks to Pedro diligantly chasing down the correct controller to replace the dead one it had. Good company!

And to anyone wondering about those silver gusset bags they stock - so far they are my favourite for storing my fresh roasts. Im finding the keep the coffee really really well.

Just to add, Coffeeparts deliver quicker than the speed of light, very smooth and professional operator. Will have no hesitation from buying again [smiley=happy.gif]
