Andy, any chance of adding the Hawaiian Kona & Jamaican Blue Mountain to the Brown section? would love to try these
Best to email Andy when you need to communicate with him.
However I think youll find hes not keen on that unless you want to buy the entire roast. Its an awful lot of moneys worth to potentially go stale or otherwise.

Sorry no.
Minimum batch for the roaster is 2.5kg of green which will yield 2kg of roasted... add bags, labour etc and you are looking at $150/kg for the JBM with a minimum 2kg order.

are there other brands of coffees that are bitterless
Yes, Brazilian coffees are generally sweeter than other types.
Most coffees are not bitter. Water temperature, method of preparation and freshness of the roast are factors. Also, and perhaps most important, is to grind the coffee just before you brew it with a good quality grinder.

Are you talking about Latinamerican coffees in general, or about Brazilian coffee in particular ? I tried Brazilian, Dominican, Nicaraguan, Colombian, Guatemalan, and Cuban coffees. Once I was able to buy a sample of Guatemalan coffee which had a smooth prolonged taste like JBM had, but I was never able again to buy it.

I have some Peru that I will sell you for just $100 per kilo.
Maybe you tell me the full name of your Peruvian coffee, and I will buy a sample of it from a local shop ? Like "Peruvian Chanchamayo" etc ?
