Its been a while since ive posted, but i have a question. My skill with my Silvia + EM480 combo has developed a fair bit, and all the stars are aligning:

perfectly dry and solid puck
tastes pretty good
but a few problems....the colour of the crema that i get is fairly light coloured, almost clay rather than a darker hazelnut colour...is that normal? Also i get a lot of crema, but it dissipates very quickly; most of it is gone by the time i finish with the milk. Is that also normal?
The coffee is being made with fresh espresso Wow!
