hey,
im interested in doing a coffee course in melbourne and i want to get some advice from people who have experienced these courses and could tell me what would be the best option. i have been looking at barista basics, the espresso school which would be better? or is there another course you could recommend? thanks

Do a search Jarryd....

For mine, the best training comes from a real barista who can communicate and Dave Seng (The Espresso School) ticks all of those boxes. The Coffee Academy courses are also pretty good. It all comes down to whether you want generic and a piece of paper or passion.
