    Hey all, jumping on daniel-sans band wagon here abit.
    But just wanted to invite you all to the ManCave cafe for 2 mins, just to check out how it happens here.
    as this isnt in the art section, please dont expect too much of me in terms of my skills as a latte artist or as a video artist  : : ;D
    but please, do comment on my general technique.
    I havnt dollied anything up for the vid, just how flat whites come out in cruize control.     8-)

        Uhh 1 :-/ .. but I did have everything dialed in from about an hour before hand, so to be fair, prolly 3 shots or so

              Percolating...............Makes it sound less than what it is. Extraction perhaps. Hows that for semantics

              Nice setup btw. Cant believe the tamp was bending the bench that much. What coffee?

                    What you need for that bench is a piece of wood that reaches from the underside of the bench to the floor.

                    Dont attach it to the bench.......mark the wood with graduations so you can tell how heavy the tamp is by how far the bench flexes.

                      haha thanks yea thats what you get for having your setup in an ikea cupboard i guess (see below)..
                      ..the beans are Pablo&Rustys House blend.. it goes alright
                      theres stores in Gordon, Epping and Syd Oly Park.. prolly find some stuff on them in the good coffee where section of the forum.
                      check them out.. if youre ever over this way ;D

                      haha thanks BF, yea I have measured up the cupboard, and, i can fit a synesso/slayer or KVDW mirage.. guess i didnt think of the other limiting factors hey :

                            I did look for a definition on the net before I posted it and kinda thought it was right. Just sounds so simple and we are snobs after all. Give things fancy names and people think we are nutters!!!
