I have had mine for about a week now and just a few thoughts on it as a bit of kit.

It does get fairly hot after prolonged use so a litle care on the metal parts is essential like with the steam wands.
Works great when used in conjunction with a microfibre cloth for machine cleaning either as a quick clean through the day for a spot free finish or even an end of day clean. Simply the best thing ever for cleaning the wire drip tray on my Fioranzato which used to be a detergent wash and scrubbing brush clean and but this gets it cleaner with less work and no detergents for a daily clean.
On my stainless topped bench the brush had plenty of reach to get under the machine to enable a clean of that too.
I havent tried it on the little Pavoni at home yet but it comes supplied with plenty of adapters to suit a whole range of steam wand diameters so apart from having a lot less steam it would be fine on domestic machines. Also worth mentioning is the brush ends are replaceable and just unscrew (comes with a spare)
While it wont totally replace detergents or a bit of elbow grease for machine cleaning it will certainly cut back on their use. For the price a very worthwhile bit of kit

Apologies for the cruddy phone camera pics

Should do a good job of degunging parts if your still flying nitro ones.
