Great, I thought.
Placed an order on 21st August and paid, rang them twice over the past week to get a status update, leaving a message each time and had no reply as stated in their recorded message.
Sent an email on the 1st Sep without any reply as yet.
How does one communicate with E61 Espresso Machinery these days?
I do recall a CSer having a similar problem with his Breville Smart Grinder purchase.
Customer relations out the door it seems!

Having a similar problem. I have not yet received my order and I was in the original batch. Sent emails on 29 Aug and 2 Sep with no response. Will be trying by phone today.

Woot - TK cups arrived yesterday afternoon!

Check these babies out (excusing the lack of latte art - something I havent yet mastered...)

Pic 1 is with flash and Pic 2 is without Flash.

All I can say is, what a stunning cup - heavyweight enough to be user friendly and not to be overly worried about them breaking unless you drop them, but refined enough to be elegant and a pleasure to look at.  Im in love!
