Hey guys,

Sorry to do this to you again but our delivery driver has had a death in the family and had to take some time off so unfortunately I won't be able to take this week's cupping session as I will be doing my best to fill in for him Cupping will resume as normal the following Friday (28th Sept) however where we can start some (much needed on my part) triangulation practice. Hope to see you all then.

Chris, Jono was talking with Simon about possibly having a morning & arvo session on Fridays. So you might get there in any case! I'll probably be sticking with arvo, works well around my work

I'm sad to say that it might be some time before I can attend again. I've had a regular commitment come up at 2pm on Fridays.
