Thanks everyone for coming to Friday's session. It was great to hear all your feedback on the samples and the new blend. Very excited that our latest CoE purchases got the CS's tick of approval

    See you all next Friday.

Hey guys, just had to do some confirmation with staffing but should be all sorted now. Cupping will now take place on Fridays at 1pm. I hope this doesn't make it too hard for people to come along If it starts looking like people aren't going to be able to make it then I'll see what I can do about working out a better day for everyone.

Our little hottop roaster is back from getting repaired! So I'll find dig out some interesting coffees for Friday's session

Really great, again! Getting some pretty amazing samples through the room now, nothing is out of reach! Thanks to everyone who bought something along.

Really love it when people who have never cupped come along, reactions, facial expressions, etc.

I think if the Colombia Geisha was a lighter (filter) roast we might be talking differently. It was still amazing, but the Sidamo was a surprise... I believe its very popular for cold-drip too

    huzzah!
