roasted the 2012 crop COE samples this afternoon, just savouring the Costa Rica as a CCD pourover--fruity and mega juicy
El Sal, Honduras, Yirg Special Prep, should be a great session
still got some of the Guji--Ill bring some for you James

New CoE samples have arrived! Four different origins, havent had a look through the boxes yet but should be exciting. Im going to see about roasting up an entire box for an all out evening cupping event if I can get approval...just need my sample roaster back from repairs... :-/

My well wishes it turns out well for you McCartan. Keep in touch. Abstinence from good coffee is not a good thing, and you need to pack a few things for your coffee sanity.
