commercial Coffee Roasting course in Sydney

Hi coffee lovers!! Just wondering does any knows if there is a green bean roasting course held in sydney?

I"ve been search a few good ones on internet, however they are all held in QLD, and I also searched TAFE courses, they dont actually offer a coffee roasting course.

Because I am working at a cafe and hoping to open my own in the future, I really wish if I can just roast my own favor of beans, that would be awesome!

Hello Jason

As Chris said, we do offer a 4 hour introductory course for commercial coffee roasting, using a 15kg Has Garanti roaster.

If you can get a few of your mates or other CSers interested, it would be a cheaper option than one-on-one training.

Id probably enjoy the courses, but I have perused the reading material on the Boot site and found them quite useful on their own. I think if I were looking to step up to commercial roasting, this is one thing that I would look at in preparation.
