Sunbeam EM5600, holding pressure somehow in the group head so even after steaming the milk etc, it will "blow off" and splatter the grinds when I release the handle from the machine.
The puck will be very wet and muddy, splatters everywhere if you use the knock box.
I have been experimenting with packing/tamping methods as the crema is still flowing too fast.
