No matter what I do I end up with craters, almost like its too hot for the bean mass??
Different ambient heat, different roasters and different power supplies can all add to the variables that can cause some odd symptoms. Chip away at each and see how it goes.
Oh, another thought... Zed hit cool (manual button) before the time was up so I doubt the P2 got back to the 100% power (which is the odd part of that profile that I don't like much). I would guess your divots are happening at the end of the roast.
