Coffee Snobs event for Feb

I had a great time at the c/s bagging on the weekend.
Learned lots, tasted coffee and talked coffee.
On the way home I stoped off and bought a heat gun, so now Im a "Heat-gun Pistolero"!!!
I got home and experimented, I got the lowdown on temp-surfing.
I smelled the most aromatic coffee Ive ever experienced, (what was it anyway Ed)

Im very glad to hear you had such a good time. Me too, and it was great to meet you and some other snobs.

Good to see some knowledge was passed around, thats what this is all about - helping others and learning from others. I didnt think you could resist the temptation of purchasing the heat gun after Rich gave you the low-down.

I think the aroma came from a recently roasted batch of Monsooned Malabar..... a rich and sweet aroma.

Now go and cook some beans Pistolero

Bruce you should count yourself as a very fortunate to be able to attend the bag sortings..... being 1200km away I am a little enviouse, there is so much work that needs to be done and so few to do it.... thank for your contribution to CS
