Hi guys and girls,
How are we all. I'm new here, and thought I'd could get some great ideas and help off you all.
been going google crazy on the net, doing homework for a coffee cart biz.
I live on the central coast, NSW been working with coffee for over 12yrs. The past 3yrs I've been working in bottle shops and love to get back into the world of coffee. I have a machine at home but nothing flash.
Ok where to start, my questions are:
1) coffee carts do you need to get council approval to use them at events/markets/sport grounds etc..
All I could find through Google was yes, and cost was $300 for 12mths is this right?
2) thinking about building a small cart would it work out cheaper? I've seen some websites and been on ebay searching found a few.
3) if there is no water supply for the coffee machine, can you buy a couple of water tanks and hook the hoses to them? Seen a pic on Instagram (presscoffeecarts) in addition do you have to have a sink for the cart.
4) 2group or 3group coffee machine for weekend work at markets? I was thinking a 2group! But not sure on what brand would be ideal for the cart and $$$$ wise
5) is it ideal to buy a generator if so what type. Most events have power supply for you
6) Coffee, there are so manly brands out there what to choose. And for the right price
so many questions I have rattling around my head
It would be great if someone could lend me some ideas/answers
thanks
